THE SIX DISCIPLINARY CATEGORIES OF

DIA stands for Discovery, Intuition, and Alignment — the major areas of focus that our work falls into. However, there are actually SIX core categories we can study and develop in:
IDENTITY
Who you are, how you are, what you prefer, what your personality is made of, and why you’re the way you are.
SELF EXPRESSION
How you present to the world, how you communicate, creativity, confidence, and who you are in the public sphere.
SELF RELATIONSHIP
Self acceptance, self belief, self image, your inner dialogue, your inner critic, and how you percieve yourself.
PATH + PURPOSE
The point of life, your purpose on Earth, existentialism and mortality, pathways, career, passion, et al.
ALIGNMENT
Intuiton and your “gut,” how you make decisions, your values, self-signals, and motivators.
ORBIT + OUTER SELF
Your roles in society, who you are in relationships with others, people-pleasing, boundaries.
